The 40th NEPCON JAPAN, held in January at Tokyo Big Sight, was a wonderful success. We would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who stopped by the joint booth of Niterra Co., Ltd. and NTK CERAMIC CO., LTD.!

 

It was a pleasure to showcase our latest technologies, such as large-scale ceramic packages and aluminum nitride substrates. More importantly, having the chance to talk with you directly and hear your ideas like, “Could we try something like this?” was truly inspiring for our team.
